If you need to cancel an appointment, please phone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
Preparing for your appointment
What to bring
- Referral letter from GP or other doctor
- Medicare card, DVA card, Pension card
- Private health insurance information
- Copies of imaging: x-rays, MRI's, CT scans etc
- Any other relevant medical or previous surgical information
We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.

Free parking is located close by at St Leonards Square Car Park (Wilsons Carpark) enter via Nicholson Street. There are other parking stations on nearby streets as well as street parking.
The nearest train station is St Leonards Station which is across Pacific Highway. Many bus routes also service Pacific Highway in this area.
